Your health and your privacy come first. Invidia Health & Wellness PLLC is a licensed telehealth practice that follows HIPAA and the telehealth and prescribing rules in every state we serve.
Licensure & credentials
Care is provided by Sarah Murray, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with active, current licensure. We only provide telehealth visits to patients located in states where our provider is licensed:
Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
Patient privacy & HIPAA
We protect the confidentiality of your personal health information and handle it in line with HIPAA. Your records are kept in a secure electronic health record and patient portal, and we never share your information without your consent, except where the law requires it.
The care-path quiz on our website runs entirely in your browser — your answers are not saved or sent to us.
Prescription safety
Prescriptions are issued only by a licensed provider after a full clinical evaluation, and only when they’re appropriate and safe for you. We follow all applicable federal and state telehealth and prescribing regulations, and ongoing treatments are monitored with follow-up visits and labs as needed.
Secure communication & payments
Visits take place by secure video, and messages with your provider go through the secure patient portal. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. This website uses SSL (https) encryption.
Telehealth is not for emergencies
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency care.
